As it was compiled in 1974 some of the information will be out of date and you are asked to bear this in mind, especially in the first two chapters.

The quality of the type and scan is variable especially the first chapter which is a bit faint. Though the main register is better.

Apologies to those of you with smaller monitors for the size of the pages. Unfortunately I had to use a larger size image to keep them legible.

The index at the end links to an alphabetical index of all the names on the memorials to save you having to search manually.
